Reviving my Tiktok series of favourite royal looks from the week! Let’s take a look back at the fashion our favourite royal ladies wore from September 16th-22nd.
In no particular order …

This look is so typical Máx. For the winners dinner of the King Willem I entrepreneurship award, Queen Máxima stepped out in a Natan blouse and skirt, along with Gianvito Rossi heels. Who else could rock a sparkly tinsel skirt with almost 1920’s flapper vibes but her?

Prinsjesdag has a weird dress code: daytime formal. This means we get our Dutch royal ladies in full length dresses but without orders or tiaras. Thankfully though, it’s the Dutch royal family we’re talking about and the Princess of Orange is following her fashionable mother’s footsteps. She wore a Safiyaa gown, Gianvito Rossi heels, and a hat from Fabienne Delvigne that she borrowed from Mom, Queen Máxima.

This year, we saw Princess Alexia make her Prinsjesdag debut, and it was fantastic! She channeled her inner Barbie and wore a Zhivago gown and you guessed it, Gianvito Rossi heels.

The Princess of Wales is the newly appointed Commodore-in-Chief of the Fleet Air Arm, and she visited the Royal Naval Air base this week. Typical of the Princess, she very appropriately wore a military-esque outfit: a Holland and Cooper blazer and, I am not kidding here, Gianvito Rossi heels. Do they have a deal with royals or…?

A long awaited visit to France brought us this beautiful look from Queen Camilla! Yes, this was a banquet at Versailles, and yes, we were all looking forward to tiaras (because Versailles, duh), but I argue that Camilla read the room perfectly. After all, the visit was cancelled earlier this year due to riots and protests and honestly, maybe showing up in a tiara mayyy not have been a good look. Either way, she sparkled in Dior and heirloom jewels, the King George VI sapphire suite.

Queen Rania of Jordan
Queen Rania has been in the United States for the past few days (actually, the whole fam has been-visiting New York and DC), and she made an appearance on the Today show. She wore an Emilia Wickstead dress and Dior heels, and looked perfectly put together, as usual.
So what do you think? How do you feel about these looks? Check back next Friday for next instalment of my favourite looks of the week!
