We’re halfway through our twelve days of outfits! Today’s edition: Queen Letizia of Spain.

This is one that I’ve been waiting patiently for Letizia to wear again and I was so happy to see it. I’m a sucker for embroidery, plus a floral design and pink? Obviously this dress was going to make the list.

For the Design and Innovation Awards the Queen wore an Inés Martin pantsuit. What would have been an otherwise typical outfit for such an event was taken up a notch with a tied waist that I loved.

This look is classic Letizia! A slinky black dress, sparkles, and an open back? This was practically made for her. What’s more, is that it is from a Danish brand, which is a nice touch to her hosts!

But there’s more to it than that; Queen Letizia not only looks lovely in a red Carolina Herrera gown, it’s a nice example of representing her country, during a state visit from the Colombian President and First Lady. She’s also wearing my favourite tiara in the Spanish collection: the Spanish floral tiara. Here’s a better look at it, as well as Queen Ena’s bow brooch.
